Racist, Discriminating, Liars, Deceiving towards employees and customers. I wasnt there for a very long time, but I have seen them deceive customers and there employees and they just dont care. You ask for a day off and they get mad at you and say you are putting me in a bad situation, and I dont approve. As told by management. They dont want to pay enough for the back breaking work that you do, but there concerned if you are not fast enough and threaten to fire you for not meeting there quotas. Or in managents words "theres the door!". There turnover rate is terrible like I said I was there for a short time and I saw them lose 4 people and had to coax one back with more money and that person still questions why they came back. Ive seen the hate towards the management come out when you have a complaint and im told oh there just under stress or thats how that employee is (harassing, discriminatory) So its ok. When management tells me to go to lunch after they MAKE me work 7hours with no break and i Have 1 hour left of work. I was told "Go to lunch Or I will Take it". I was told by upper management that well shes under stress, dont take it to heart. Is that supposed to be the employees problem? NO! I was threatened at that job by management. There is so much I could write a book. But instead I left that terrible place! Customers, check your cars fully! I cant stress it enough. If something is scratched or changed out I hope its new and whatever was replaced was unserviceable!
