      A paycheck and regular 8-5

      Cons

      Leadership is a zoo. Constantly coming up with new sales requirements that are nearly impossible to meet, then changing the rules every couple of weeks. Toxic cliques in every department. They're perpetually understaffed and turnover is a swinging door.

      Great to work with people, but if foot traffic doesn't support sales targets, you're expected to cold call.
