Good Company - Account Manager Simple Logistics Employee Review

This is a small family brokerage that is an excellent company to work for.

nothing as of yet, things have been great

-Culture started okay -Flexibility with remote work -Solid Base Pay

-Impulsive, Illogical Leadership...Too many examples of this to count. -Inconsistent bonus metrics that changed as soon as you started to hit them. -Zero effort made at team-building -Nepotism like you've never seen it ("Family company") -Zero respect for work-life balance -Very little support staff (None of which being in the US) -Job at risk of being outsourced at any moment to Eastern Europe -Owned by a private equity firm (zero job security x2)
