Pros
Great pay for a call center environment, overtime is always available, on site gym is small but a nice perk, middle management is comprised of wonderful people.
Cons
There is a high turnover rate for this job. There were several instances where successful reps broke "rules" that were not clearly communicated and were let go. Company sales protocol is also constantly changing and not clearly communicated. New policies are implemented before they are thoroughly considered. Most decisions are made based on how they will affect department sales, which is always a higher priority than the care of the patient.
