Pros

* Gracious time off policy * Easy to use platform that anyone can learn

Cons

To say that this company is disorganized is an understatement. It's like going to a startup but without the perks and the product isn't as fun. The management team constantly changes their mind on the direction of the company. There have been several reorganizations and changes in titles but the work stays the same. There is a lack of communication. You're often handed a task with little direction but are expected to deliver. Even when you ask for clarification, it's extremely difficult to get a clear and concise answer. There is a very high turnover rate. At one point, over half of the staff was gone within a six month period. This includes staff on the executive team. Just check the tenure of their current employees. Not many people stick around. The management team is not open to change. They say they are, but when you bring ideas to their attention, it's always a no. Some of the members of the management team operate like bulls in a china shop. There's not a receptiveness to feedback unless you're on the management team. This is a company for someone young who's starting out in their career and doesn't know any better. If you are a professional, you will be extremely frustrated and disappointed. I would look elsewhere.

Pros

Innovative culture and cool problems to solve. Great people who are doers and genuinely want to build something meaningful.

Cons

Processes are still maturing. For people who want to help build and shape those processes rather than inherit them, it's a real opportunity.

Pros

Interesting and challenging work in an easy-to-learn propriety application ecosystem. High-trust from leadership in managing projects and timelines with dedicated PMO resources supporting. Excellent work-life balance with no expectations for over-time and holiday work and 100% WFH policy with office space available if preferred.

Cons

Multiple internal leaders/stake-holders often results in shifting expectation and requirements for projects. Company is still settling into a status quo after recent rapid expansion. Experience with proprietary system not as transferrable to future prospects. Team structure relatively "Flat" with limited potential for advancing to new roles. This is tempered with a focus on allowing employee to grow in responsibility and compensation within existing role.
