      This is an environmentally friendly company.

      Cons

      Turnover is really high and nobody stays here very long. Management is chaotic so proceed with caution. Micromanaging, changing priorities, and an inexperienced leader all add up to an unpleasant work environment.

      Pros

      Management is very hands-on and cares about their people. Decent pay and benefits. Fast-paced work environment with plenty of room for growth. Good job is rewarded and not left unseen. Flexible schedule.
