Pros

-Good helpdesk experience -Okay health insurance

Cons

-High turnover everyone that isnt part of the main MSP that got purchased leaves after 2 years -Favoritism is crazy -Constant Chaos -No certification reimbursement which is out of the norm for a company in the 2020s - Directors gets stress about the simplest things like OOO requests instead of the bigger issues. -No paid lunch -No vertical trajectory -Empty promises -Doesn't matter how hard you work, matters how long you been there. -Too many tools no one knows how to use them properly -Uses non-Enterprise technologies like Ubiquity, Linux PXE server instead of Intune. -Feels like we are learning as we are going and don't have a direction or clear path which is terrifying.

Pros

The best company culture ever. Entrepreneurial with the resources of a national organization. Career opportunities are almost limitless. People first culture throughout.

Cons

VERY fast paced environment; Most see it as a pro, but have to be ready for an extremely fast pace and self management (everyone is treated as a professional to execute).

None (unless you like being in an office)

Cons

Where to begin.. -overworked with little training (you have to ask for it) -absolutely no communication between management. One person says one thing, the other one says something different -in office with little to no remote days when other companies give choices -biting off more than they can chew. So many partnerships with little amount of staff -hardly have employee retention. They're not competitive enough -can't get promoted to bigger roles without a massive amount of traveling everywhere which leaves very little room for your personal life -managers are always in meetings or traveling which leaves employees with little support when they need help
