Great work environment with growth opportunities, but long hours - Sr. Manager Training & Development Simplifying Skills Employee Review

As part of the leadership team, I have had the opportunity to witness the company's growth journey closely. Simplifying Skills provides an environment where employees are encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and learn beyond their defined roles. The organization is agile, decisions are taken quickly, and there is ample opportunity to work on meaningful projects that directly impact the business. The leadership team is approachable, collaboration across departments is encouraged, and there is a strong focus on delivering value to students, educational institutions, and corporate partners.

Being a growing organization, some processes and systems are still evolving. Teams may occasionally experience changing priorities or increased workload during critical business periods.

My initial experience has been positive. The team has been welcoming and supportive, and the work environment seems professional and collaborative. Looking forward to learning and growing during my internship.

It's still too early in my internship to identify any significant challenges or areas for improvement.
