Pros
Views and comments below are only based out of my experience working with RoW Business Team for the past 12 months. Do not want to comment on other teams and departments. I insist all job seekers to read this before applying for the Inside Sales Manager role. • Really good bunch of team members • No delay in salary. Last working day of the month you have your salary in your account • Come on time - Leave on time policy • HR and its policies are really good and systematic • Big company to work with and get quality leads
Cons
• This place will make you feel like you are good for nothing if you failed to reach a month's target even if you were doing amazing in the previous months. • It is basically a call centre. You cannot build a career here (Unless you are a Tamil or least a South Indian) • Micromanagement at its finest and work pressure at its best • Each manager is upset about targets not being achieved. None tries to understand the problems faced or corrected the mistakes made on calls/pitch • Before joining Saturdays are not working, after joining Saturdays are min 8 hours working • The management keeps telling you "put down your papers and leave" - Even for silliest of things. Zero value for an ISM. "Z-E-R-O" • Fresher ISM and 4 years experienced ISM earns the same • MBA, Engineer and BCom - all earns the same • I have heard that the best appraisals are for those who's take-home salary is less than 20K and not fully based on performance • You basically will not get any Indian holiday as its a RoW Team. Also, you will not get many of your region holidays if it falls after 20th of a month • Cramped work palace. Yesterday after a call, when I was stretching my hands, I mistakenly punched the girl sitting on the opposite table ISM role is for someone who just finished college and needs a job while you prepare for your CAT or MAT. Once you work here for a while and then try to move, you actually come to know that no company values the work experience that you are earning as an ISM
