We recognise the importance of a clear and consistent vision – and we aim to reinforce this frequently to our people. From our onboarding process (which includes a dedicated section on our vision) right through our monthly Town Halls, quarterly all-hands and more frequent team sessions. We hope we’re giving our people clarity on our vision, and will consider how we can be even more explicit. We place a similar emphasis on our values – and really do want our people to recognise these throughout their daily lives at Simply Business.
