24 days annual leave and a few beers now and then but this has turned into forced fun as the staff don’t actually like the job.
Cons
Don’t let the good reviews on here fool you. These are from new staff and they don’t know what the company is like. Highest turnover of staff I have ever seen. There is about 15new starters every quarter. That means 15 are also out the door. Once a year they will make “redundancies” but then replace them with new staff the next month. If you want career progression this career isn’t for you. Management will throw their teams under the bus and there is a few bad eggs who are ruining the company culture. You never feel safe and you will never get job security. Don’t be fooled.
