      Pros

      You are very close to the founder of the company, who is extremely nice guy. Besides, there is flexibility about the job.

      Cons

      The former office was not a good location; however, the new place is much better and accessible.

      Pros

      i) Got to learn digital marketing tools such as MailChimp, Instagram, Facebook, Blogs and Google Adwords. ii) The culture is relaxed with nice music to listen to when you work :) iii) The team encourages to 'learn by doing'... the founder shows great patience as you spend time learning new tools and skills.

      None found in the period I worked.
