Pros
1. As a fresher I learnt more in the year that I spent here, that in my 4 years of undergraduate studies.
2. The quality of work that you do here is by far one of the most detailed and thorough, as a fresher this helped me immensely.
3. While there is certain decorum and professionalism to be followed, it is nowhere compared to the corporate tyranny that is often observed in other architectural offices.
4. Quite a chill and fun workplace all things considered.
5. There is a massive emphasis on personal development, professionally and through skills and softwares.
Cons
1. Your work is expected to be perfect and on time. If you are running late you are expected to inform your team leaders well in prior to the deadline.
2. There will be long nights at the office. (but you will most definitely not be alone, teamworks makes the dream work)
Thinking about it neither of these are cons as such. But to some this may be a dealbreaker and thats understandable.
