Pros

people you get to work with are great, at least the one on the ground rather than the "gods" in the untouchable leadership team

Cons

UK team launched successful add-on product got laid off Canada team launched successful expansion that bring direct revenue, got laid off The only ones saved are if you cost the company as little as possible (aka be in India). And in doing the layoffs, they would do the very bare minimum they can get away with without getting sued, there's absolutely no other consideration to the people impacted other than the money they get to save. "Work is good, when life is better" and their supposed focus on "Employee Experience" are just platitudes. Actions speak louder than words and while layoffs may be inevitable, they will chose the worse way to do it to you.

Pros

The company has a very good work culture with positive vibes all around. It’s a great place to grow in the software industry, with supportive teams and a collaborative environment. The work atmosphere is truly positive and encouraging

Cons

They’re already doing a great job . Honestly, no cons to point out.

Pros

Remote work, and maybe a cool backpack or a new manager that realizes how toxic things are and leaves right away making a statement for others to follow 👍💪

Cons

Toxic environment. Lack of leadership and incompetent interim roles constantly being filled. Steady financial decline.
