Wonderful company to work for. The company focuses on the employee experience and growth. Executives were transparent and prioritized employee satisfaction. I'm grateful for my time at Simpro. My Executives were incredibly supportive and encouraging, really advocated for their teams and individual team members' development. The inclusivity and welcoming atmosphere was something I greatly appreciated and treasured. It's a global company but I felt such collaborative teamwork whether I was working with a colleague in the UK or NZ or AU.
Cons
Changes in Executive leadership and repeated instances of turn over lead to lack of trust in leadership from certain employees. Hopefully this will change once new Executive Leaders can begin to build rapport with employees, offer transparency and follow through on assurances. The Executive Leadership Team has great vision for the road ahead.

Cons
1. Management is only focusing about gaining profit from projects without giving salary to employees on time.
2. Salary will come every 2 months interval so can't plan anything at all with your salary and when u will ask they will schedule a meeting with everyone and make false promises to improve the salary timings.
3. Work pressure is very high ..u feel like u are a machine to produce outputs at every cost.
4. When u leave the company they will hold your salary they don't pickup your phone and if u ask about salary they will just ignore.
5. No benefits at all.
6. No Canteen,No Cab facilities.
