Salaries are very low for the market, and salary increases are tiny They struggle with retention so there is a high turnover of colleagues Terrible IT

Small team who is very understanding when you make mistakes and gives you a lot of time to learn if you’re a newbie which is great. Very safe space to learn and grow. Remote too which is very convenient. Very easy to request days off as well.

Pay is low and targets are high. Management is going to be reviewing targets at some point though and is very good at taking on feedback. Very understanding when you don’t meet targets. Not a lot of progression as far as I can tell though.
