Wonderful work environment and good benefits

It's a big pharmaceutical company, so the cons are what you might expect. Money-centric and maybe not the most thought through.

Starting hourly pay is good for this geographic area. Benefits are good.

If your in your 60's don't plan on SIMTRA hiring you unless you have some fantastic background in injectable drugs or perhaps a temp agency picks you up. If a Temp Agency does hire you, don't plan on working there too long. I've also seen them keep people with felonies and let veterans go.
