      Many smart and friendly people. Flexible hours and very understanding managers. Great culture and the company gives back to the communities.

      Cons

      They lost a lot of good employees when they move jobs to Share Services.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is nice. Fellow colleagues are friendly and helpful. Work environment is healthy in almost all aspects.

      Cons

      The pay is a bit lower than tech companies. But as long as you don't crave for pay that much, it's a decent job to stay in.
