Stay Clear of working at MS - Purchasing Sinacola Employee Review

LOTS: A company that is ultimately a good ole boy system. If you're not in, you're encouraged to not communicate with anyone in the system. My boss in accounting, purchasing, was certifiably psychotic. I'm a great employee and always do my best, trust worthy and able to adapt to most situations. I've never been treated so bad by an employer. When I started the position, I was told the person before me quit after two weeks working for this boss. My Cohort hated her job as well but couldn't do anything else with her life but work there. It seems accounting in general had problems. Please heed my advice and stay away from this company. While a prosperous company, there's better companies to work for. You will be treated better elsewhere.
