      Pros

      The only pro is everyone else is just as miserable as you so at least you make friends

      Cons

      Terrible management from the top down to middle managers, toxic work environment that is encouraged by regional managers, terrible pay, terrible benefits, and they use "must runs" that are created by the company and force local, non-biased journalists to share conservative political propaganda.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
