Pros

The people you meet while working under an employer such as sinclair broadcast are all sensibly competent proletariat who share similar disdain of the management with open ears and voiced opinions. Working with such a crowd defines unity that work environments should have everywhere.

Cons

-The level of professionalism is dwarfed by the "out of college" inexperienced management who have as much sense as a babysitter claiming, "Mommy put ME in charge!" -Every job is handled sloppily and the workers berated for the laughable investment by corporate causing a product that never works. -The salary is that of a minimum wage worker and the demand on employees is too high for the pay. Raises are staunchly awarded and much more is expected of one after fiscal coitus like some cheep hooker. -Backstabbing through departments creates a hostile environment and lessens morale. -Benefits beyond health care, minimal vacation (usually causing more work for individuals to cover for the absent employee), sick pay (again, creates more work and less ease of mind), and personal days (never personal) don't exist.

Pros

Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

Cons

Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

Pros

Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

Cons

Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
