      Benefits are amazing and cost very little.

      Cons

      Wage Cap is easy to reach and there is not much room for growth, There is no job security as Corporate comes in and gets rid of jobs with little to no notice. Employees are overworked and underpaid.

      Pros

      Flexibility with my schedule to be able to take and pick up my kids from school. Great team to work with at my location. Ability to train and do jobs outside of my regular task to get hands on experience in other areas.

      Cons

      Department was restructured and my position was relocated.

      Job can be fun depending on if you're a natural performer. You gather valuable experience interviewing others.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and culture. They will likely not pay you commission for anything you sell so do not take that on. Focus on your primary job.
