clean environment. Mobility. Overall, it is a positive culture. Great for the Dayton community.
Cons
Wishy-washy policies on hybrid work environments, no paid maternity leave, Vacation and sick-time policies as you're separating are lackluster and there is no pay out unless you're retiring. Some policies are hard to follow and understand.
