Sinclair is a fast-paced and growing company. No company is perfect and there are lots of updates being made. Company morale tends to be low due to a high workload and staffing issues. However, a large push is being made to improve these circumstances in the near future. It's easy to get hung up on what is wrong, however there is a lot of progress being made. Working here is difficult if you are unaccustomed to a fast-paced/ high stress environment, however the work is highly rewarding if you are research-orientated. It's a great starting place for recent graduates interested in research!
