Pros
A place to learn how to teach, coach and facilitate. Some folks are really nice but they are few and far between.
Cons
Toxic workplace. Colleagues *within & outside of ur school/dept) and ROs can make ur working life miserable by backstabbing/snitching on you and playing you out just to make themselves look good or innocent. Also if u not in their cliche then they make sure you know you're an outsider.
