Company have started late setting culture

Late setting in the office in habitual to some staff.

No pros sorry to say

1. Very toxic management and HOD. Doesn’t let you breathe and even dictates you whom to talk and whom to not. 2. Lots of politics 3. No freedom of speech 4. Unorganised and non systematic work culture
