      Pros

      Company has a good reputation in the Detroit area. Colleagues are generally coopertive and fun. Meetings are kept to a minimum.

      Cons

      Very top-down organization. Management does not want feedback/questions/ideas from staff in the field. Some positions have insanely high turnover - stay away from these.

      trust from manager, freedom to plan programs and events, budget (compared to other communities), collaboration from team, nice building, trainings (Virtual Dementia Tour, CDP)

      Cons

      limited flexibility in scheduling, would appreciate more PTO, would appreciate sick time (especially considering the population we work with),
