Pros

The product is excellent - handling Transactional, Analytic, JSON, Geospatial, FullText, and Time Series in one database. No need for separate specialized databases. Handling 10's of millions transactions per second (while transforming the data), SingleStore has extremely low latency with high concurrency (fast with lots of users). This means that the same workload uses less resources giving a great TCO. The individuals I have worked with are friendly and eager to help. There are a number of us that were hired around the same time, and we meet regularly to exchange new lessons learned, thoughts and to assist each other.

Cons

The sales and pre-sales teams are ramping up very quickly and are taking time to learn such a comprehensive product and how it fits in the market place. The Cons is that the new individuals now out number the more seasoned veterans. This will change as the new employees get up to speed.

When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
