Pros

There’s a lot of growth within the data & analytics space, compensation is on par for the industry and the RSU offering is strong.

Cons

Poor leadership from the top down. I personally feel it’s a major red flag when the CFO, CPO, CMO, and General Counsel all get fired abruptly within the past 12 months. This toxic culture has directly impacted the sales org since leadership there has all but given up in trying to steer the org in the right direction. Middle management doesn’t lead, rather look at your forecast and reps are struggling. (Look at Repvue) The only people closing deals are those with current customers or have accounts they can drive opportunities through OEM partners.

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
