Pros

I would say the pay was moderate.

Cons

My supervisor was dishonest, the company culture was problematic, and the sales tools were outdated. From day one, my supervisor made it clear that he was only interested in one thing: closing deals. He didn't care how we did it, as long as we hit our targets. This led to a lot of unethical behavior from the sales team, such as pressuring customers to buy products they didn't need and making false promises abut the product's capabilities. The company culture was also very toxic. There was a lot of backstabbing and competition among the sales team, and management was constantly putting pressure on us to perform. I felt like I was always being watched and judged, and it made it very difficult to focus on my work.

Cons

Focus on creating a culture where employees feel respected, supported, and valued. Take employee feedback seriously and hold managers and team leads accountable for how they interact with their teams. When employees raise concerns or ask for support, ensure those issues are addressed with meaningful action rather than being overlooked. Better communication, transparency, and leadership accountability would help build trust, improve morale, and strengthen employee retention.
