While we are disappointed by your overall evaluation of your time at Singular, as we take this to heart and will do our best to make things better around here. We are glad that you felt the cohesiveness of our team and felt the strong bond that connects us all at Singular. We value and honor our team and therefore we thoughtfully invest in transparent and direct communication, as reflected in our weekly all-hands, open calendars, and recurrent AMA meetings. We are sorry that you felt in the dark even though the opportunity to participate in these core parts of our culture are open for all. Working with truly brilliant people gives us the responsibility to develop personal career plans according to each ones particular skills and aspirations. This is why most of our leadership positions are filled by team members that grew in the company, especially in our CS, R&D, and Marketing departments.
