My experience with this employer has been disappointing due to several issues that have had a significant impact on my overall job satisfaction. It's frustrating to be constantly guessing what's expected of you and what steps to take next. This lack of structure has not only hindered my productivity but also caused unnecessary stress. Moreover, the company's old boys' network. The preference for promoting and favoring individuals based on connections rather than talent is often apparent. It undermines motivation but also fosters an unhealthy work culture. The cold and distant atmosphere at Sircle Collection adds to the overall sense of dissatisfaction. It's disappointing to say that it seems as if employees are set up to fail from the beginning.
