Pros
There's ample work. You get to work in tv production in D.C. You will learn a lot. They offer health care and 401k benefits after a few months.
Cons
Wal-Mart production company. They will over promise and leave it to the team to figure out how to make it work on a shoestring budget. Be prepared to do more than you job description. Also be prepared to fight with HR to get any salary that is worth your time. If you're working on recrees don't expect to get any real sleep while on this job. The locations are far and the call times are early but you work super late with no OT pay smh.
