The work is mostly remote, unless there is a need to conduct in-person health checkups with patients. It can be combined with other work since the schedule is mostly flexible—depending on when we’re available for consultations—but there is still a monthly hour requirement.
Cons
There is no set date for when fees are paid to us, and the management system is very poor. Delays in fee payments are often not acknowledged as a right we are entitled to as partners. When there are delays in fee payments, they still pressure us as workers.
