Pros
The company is based on a foundation of what is known as the Mower Mission. This was started by our co-founder, Tom Mower Sr, over 30 years ago. It is nice to work for a company with a cause and purpose. It is a very "international" company which gives you a great sense of culture with our operations around the world. The employees are great and talented and I enjoy working with all of them. There is a good pace to get work done, so you don't feel bored or feel like you are looking for something to do.
Cons
Small staff for as many markets as we serve. Older building that needs updating.
