      Pros

      - Great coworkers - Leadership values employee opinions - Hard work does not go unnoticed - Job security - CEO is a genuinely nice guy & a wealth of knowledge - Room for growth - 100% remote & pretty flexible schedule - Happy employees and positive attitudes all around

      Cons

      - Various growing pains (just like any growing company, nothing out of the ordinary) - Not a con, but a personal request: I would like to have an in-person annual employee event (either company-wide or departmentally) - Sitation sounds like a company that is too good to be true, but it really is a fantastic place to work & grow

      Pros

      Very strong, honest, and generous leadership. Leadership listens and acts on feedback. Success is recognized and rewarded with bonuses and promotions. Fully remote with no goals of returning to an office. Lots of freedom to participate in things outside of your specialty. For example I'm able to participate with marketing initiatives or run training workshops. Strong growth with very positive vision of future.

      Cons

      Company is rapidly growing, which comes with its own set of growing pains. Slightly behind on common compensation things such as retirement plans (just getting added in Jan. 2022). Currently 2 main teams (Salsify and Akeneo) which don't have much crossover even though they should.
