The company is growing rapidly and is developing innovative technology. The people here are very intelligent and take great pride in their work.
Cons
Field offices have been opened in Oklahoma and Midland (as well as a Dev Team office in San Antonio) to aid expansion and meet client requests but being headquartered in Lubbock, TX limits the number of candidates as most wish to stay in larger markets such as Dallas, Houston or Austin.
