      Pros

      Great company to work for. Wonderful people to work with and great experience.

      Cons

      No benefits except 401(k). Honestly though, for an entry level company into the finance world, there are so many companies that walk all over you. So if that is the only downside, I will not complain one bit.

      Great environment, flexibility, and learning real estate demographics. Management is open to letting you implement ideas and grow your knowledge if possible to help the company.

      Cons

      Opportunity to advance here is capped after learning commercial appraisals/reports unless you pursue your appraisal license.
