Slow company software with lots of problems that waste my time.
Good pay. Good people. Great company culture. We celebrate birthdays. We also have a softball and bowling team. Jim is a great leader for the sales team and we are always learning.

Our system can drag every once in a while. Overall though, there are not any prevalent cons. The sales team and manufacturing work together well and everyone at Sitek gets along great.
