- The company is growing really fast (several times since I joined 2 years ago), but it keeps, in many aspects, the "small ideas factory" aspect - Remote and local teams - so you can choose the format that fits better to your lifestyle (remote team here) - The remote and local members have the same rights - so it works as a single company - Competitive in wages overall; they adapted to my preferred way of receiving money abroad, so you don't need any payments contortionism in order to get your money

- I don't see any bad thing; have been here for more than 2 years now, even living in a completely different timezone (the majority of the year, I am 14 hours behind the company's time)
