1) Ability to make a difference 2) High expectations that allow you to better yourself consistently 3) People are really nice here 4) Leadership is committed to taking on feedback and make things better where need be
Cons
Other than work life management, which I think could be better (but this is all done to individuals and their teams making it happen) nothing else comes to mind.
