Every co-worker I worked with was a pleasure to be around. Being a part of helping people to hear was a very fulfilling part of the job.
Cons
Middle managers are a revolving door. Unfortunately this means tenured employees are being promoted to management positions when they have no right to be. I've seen employees made to cry due to the way they are treated by supervisors that are taking their job to the extreme for no good reason.
