      Pros

      The content of the work was pretty interesting, diverse. Some travel, but not too much travel.

      Cons

      Almost all of the female staff at Sixsense quit at once due to sexual harassment allegations, with numerous reports of inappropriate touching, texting.

      Sixsense Strategy Group makes every effort to ensure a safe and secure environment for all of our employees to flourish. We have policies in place and we’ve implemented training for our staff and leadership to help foster and maintain a respectful workplace. We have an objective third party HR resource for our people in the event they need advice to help resolve workplace issues. And, we take action if we need to. We are looking into it. Again, we appreciate you sharing your concerns.

      Pros

      Interesting clients in biotech. Lots of different work. Everyone is very nice when they have time to talk to you.

      Cons

      Understaffed and overworked. Relying on a couple more senior people who seemed very stretched. Compensation is extremely below average. Didn't even think about staying. Benefits are really bad too. Not clear what your work is actually contributing too at times. Workspace is dated and often quite solitary.

      Pros

      Interesting work, some talented young individuals to work with.

      Cons

      Extremely demoralising conduct from management in dealing with young professionals. Clique like behaviour when working with teams. Management needs to do a better job at grooming their consultants to work in teams and become more self aware about their conduct.
