To address your concerns, managers are encouraged to promote employees who are in good standing. If an employee contacts the HR department in an effort to be considered internally, HR will contact the Branch Manager to ensure that we receive a recommendation letter promptly. There are times were Branch Managers may choose not to recommend a current employee if they need further development. Even if that were to be the case, the Branch Manager will have a one on one conversation with the employee providing feedback and a performance improvement plan in efforts to prepare for career advancement within Sixt. HR insures that this meeting occurs.
We guarantee that ESI is 100% anonymous. Managers with less than three employees do not receive their results directly in an effort to ensure anonymity. The Pompano location, until recently, did not have more than three employees on staff. I’m sorry you feel that contacting Gaddy with your issues did not resolve your concerns. Our employee’s satisfaction is very important to us and employee anonymity is of the upmost concern to Gaddy and Sixt rent a car alike. Lastly, our executive VP along with our VP of sales performance went on a road show with the exciting news that all branches would receive an RSPM (Regional Sales Performance Manger) to work directly with all of our Rental Sales Agents in efforts to better train and develop them with IRPD.
