We strive to ensure that all employees are provided with the best possible training and management support to complete their jobs effectively. Our Regional Sales Performance Mangers are available to help RSA’s combat tough situations at the counter and Branch Managers have an open door policy as well. We encourage employees to take advantage of both of these resources if they are struggling or if interested in growth opportunities. Being a start-up in the U.S. we are constantly evolving in order to provide the best 5-star quality service for our customers. Although it may cause more work for our branch employees, we hope that our customers are consistently satisfied and “wow-ed” by our service every time they return. Likewise, those employees that have exceptional service and performance are considered for higher level positions. It is important to master your role and meet certain qualifications before moving to the next level, however, countless employees have moved up the ranks quickly due to their passion for Sixt!
