      Urban transformation projects are being carried out without taking into account the opinions of the residents in the area. This seriously undermines the principle of participation. The responsibility for this lies more with the ministry than the company.

      Localidade e refeição no local.

      Cons

      A cultura da empresa parecia mais um discurso do que uma prática real. Pessoas com comportamentos prejudiciais eram ignoradas pela gestão, e isso criava um clima de impunidade. Faltava coerência entre o que a empresa dizia ser e o que de fato tolerava.
