      Need something, they’ll get it for you.

      Cons

      Long hours. Upper management and politics gets in the way of getting the work done. Management is more worried about perception than their employees. Put in your two weeks, they’ll terminate you without pay. Horrible work life balance. Horrible morale due to everything listed above.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
