      The pros become negative they don’t have respect from Subbies, they are sly with internal staff. And they pay you based on perceived hard work rather than real hard progressive work.

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
