      Lack of progression unless you do way more than you’re being paid for and even then they’ll ignore you. Have to fight for pay rises Lack of progression Treated differently from other parts of the business

      They have a lot of work to do

      Cons

      Absent culture, management system, and very behind IT program. Everyone is only out for themselves. Massive issue when corporate meets construction, managers don’t understand scopes, staffing plans, decent business practice, etc.
