Pros
There are literally no pros but I had to enter something.
Cons
There are so many negative things worth saying about this place, it's hard to figure out where to start. The husband and wife team who started the company and then sold it to Infosys like to "brag" about how much they care for their employees. But frankly, it's a complete lie. Upper management in this company is more concerned with doing things their way than doing anything the right way. They micromanage all of their employees and are really just looking for "yes" people. If you are a creative person, someone who has ideas, or something to contribute, this is not the place for you. If you do not enjoy being constantly berated despite tangible proof of improved ROI, this is not the place for you. Wouldn't recommend working here to anyone.
